The Founders
Gregory Taylor - Chief Executive Officer
With over 12 years experience in High Performance Computing and systems administration, Gregory Taylor brings IT industry knowledge and innovation to ThreadStream. He is responsible for the creation and development of ThreadStream's product line and mission. A previous start-up entrepeneur, Greg has been on the ground floor of companies like Excelsior Systems and COBRA Network Systems. Greg has also contributed to volunteer Open Source organizations like the Internet2 IPv6 project as a Linux kernel developer integrating IPv6 technology into UNIX like operating systems. He is also an active volunteer with the Summit Open Source Development Group and Forge Research which develop GNU licensed software and services to promote safe computing. Greg holds certificates in UNIX Systems Engineering, HPC Systems and IP Security. Greg obtained his management experience through the University of Washington, Tacoma and through the several companies that he has held sales and engineering positions throughout his career.
Bill Quinn - Chief Financial Officer
Bill comes to ThreadStream as Chief Financial Officer after over 20 years in various financial roles in multiple start-ups. He has been Senior Finance Officer for 5 successful start-ups in the high tech hospitality markets. He is an expert in systems, procedures, process improvements and internal controls. Bill's experience in finances helps ThreadStream streamline it's procedures and expenditures to better help the company achieve its overall mission. Bill carries an MBA in Management and a Bachelors in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Systems Professional and a Certified Business Manager.
Brian Jones - Director of Sales
10 years of Marketing and IT Sales gives Brian Jones the experience and knowledge to properly market and sell our product lines. Brian has specialized in Creative Professional markets dealing in Visualization, Computer Aided Design and 3D Graphics systems and software. He has met several milestones throughout his career including selling over $1 million dollars in general purpose IT equipment and software within a 6 month period as well as selling over $100,000 dollars in Microsoft Software in a single month. He also acquired MCI Worldcom as a major customer in the Asian Markets. Brians effectiveness, ability to satisfy customer needs and knowledge of the products that we sell make him an excellent addition to our team.
